It's our 10 year anniversary. Yes, we're happy to celebrate, but we think 10 years is a good time to take a huge step forward. It's time to grow. It's time to duplicate our work in new apartment communities. In fact, we have two affordable housing communities that have asked for our help. We're all in, but to do it right, it takes additional finances.

Adding two new communities means additional costs for weekly bible studies – supplies, curriculum, candy, snacks, game equipment, etc. As we expand our ministry to new places, that means we meet more and more people in need. More families means more needs with groceries, bills, transportation and other financial needs, more school supplies, and more Christmas gifts. In addition, we'll need to hire a part time worker, whose primary responsibility will be preparing and teaching weekly Bible studies at the two new places.

All told, based on these costs, we calculate that it would take at minimum an additional $15,000 added to our annual budget to do ministry the best way we know how in ONE apartment community. So let's start there. Help us raise $15,000 by the end of 2014 so we can get started in a new community when our 11th year begins.
